of the Housing Union Program in the Ministry of Housing, Eng. Turki bin
Nayef Al Jabaa said that the electronic platform for the management of
real estate facilities will be launched in the coming days, pointed
that the free registration will be available to individuals and
companies alike in the platform. In many areas,

said in the workshop on the platform recently held at Asharqia
Chamber that it will provide many services for the management of
real estate facilities, including management of the owners associations, maintenance, security services and other services. The
annual investment in facilities management is expected to reach 4
billion riyals by 2020, some 20,000 federations were established in various
regions of the Kingdom, for the services of institutions and
individuals registered on the platform

added that the platform targets and individuals. It allows
owners to register information about their projects and record a
page about their past work. It also includes an assessment of
the companies registered on the site by individuals and each member of
the owners, so that the companies can improve their services.
He pointed that all activities related to register in the blog , such as maintenance, operation, security and safety
companies and all those related to the owners.
He expressed the hope that all owners in the real estate
facilities will interact with the initiative to register in the platform and
take advantage of this opportunity, stressing the support of the program
to any professional association that provides services for the
management of real estate facilities.
